Instructors can post their syllabi and course-related handouts for direct access by students, communicate with them synchronously and deliver instructions through ‘chat’ sessions, establish ‘message forums’ for topic-based communication on multiple tracks, or communicate directly through emails. RevInfotech provides an array of instruments for outcomes-based assessment. Instructors can post assignments, projects, quizzes or exams to their students, assess them through observation of performance, send them surveys, or have them build electronic portfolios. All assessments are performed using flexible, configurable, assessment instruments, and assessments carry over directly into a grade book, for full grade management. Data from any previous semester is instantly retrievable.

Libraries and templates allow sharing and reuse of outcomes and assessments. Course-based reports provide instructors with full insight on the performance of their students. All assessment-based data is aggregated for use in overall reporting.

RevInfotech makes paper-based advisement a thing of the past. The system gives advisors full and complete information about students’ academic progress based on their program requirements – right on their computer screen. Advisement is immediate, informed, and painless.

The system allows advisors to obtain full academic information about their students. This includes their test scores, certifications, transcripts, and information related to all courses taken. Advisors can access detailed information about their students’ assessments at course and program levels and make determinations about further requirements. They can even add notes to student advisement records.

Along with a student’s academic information, the system also displays her program requirements based on her field of study. The system can be fully customized to include the program requirements for all programs at your colleges. The system allows full degree audit, course sequencing, and the management of “transfer courses.” Our users consistently inform us about the usefulness of this tool and the enormous amount of time it saves them.

Online surveys enable feedback from graduates, businesses, communities, and more.

Using electronic surveys to obtain feedback from your graduates, their employers, your faculty, and your students has never been easier. With RevInfotech, the task of sending and reporting on surveys is reduced to the click of a few buttons. Collation and reporting of data is automatic and intuitive.

A survey wizard guides you on the creation of your survey instruments, as simple or complex as you like. You can include radio buttons, text answers, multiple-choice questions, Linker scale forms, or any combination of input items. Surveys can be sent to any target group, regardless of whether they are users of the RevInfotech system, and can be reused as needed. Surveys can be anonymous, where only aggregate data is collected, or fully identified. You can schedule surveys to be sent on the dates of your choice, literally months in advance. Automatic reminders inform users about expiration dates.

Built-in reports allow you to view results of your surveys instantaneously. The answers are automatically collated and aggregated. All data is aggregated and can be combined with other data in the system, for reporting.

Job placement helps your students gain direct employment.

RevInfotech Job Placement System facilitates student hiring by enabling direct contact between employers and students. Employers can register with the unit, and post their profiles and job requirements, including details about the position, location, experience, salary, etc., directly into the system. Students can search for available jobs, and post their resumes, portfolios documenting their key work, references, and associated documents, seamlessly to employers through the system.

RevInfotech also allows collaboration between the unit and employers. It allows the unit to send those surveys and other instruments for data-collection, and for employers to provide meaningful feedback about its employee-needs and on the quality of the unit’s graduates, leading to program improvements.

Job Placement provides an additional incentive for your graduates to continue use of the system after graduation, for opportunities for advancement of their careers. This allows the unit an improved platform for graduate correspondence and tracking. All jobs-based data is aggregated with other data in the system for reporting, and, over time, can be mined to provide valuable information to students on available job opportunities, per major of study.

RevInfotech includes a comprehensive system for managing practical training, field experiences, and clinical practice. It allows systematic placement of students at specific field sites under the supervision of appropriate supervisors and cooperating personnel, and allows full outcomes-based observation and assessment of the student, based on field-performance. All aspects of fieldwork can be customized, and the data collected is recorded, categorized, and aggregated for reporting.

The system provides placement coordinators all the data they need on the student—both academic and demographic—for systematic and optimal placement. The full list of available sites, along with its details and specialties, and a comprehensive list of field supervisors and their qualifications is customized and available in the system. All outcomes, expected student input, and requirements from fieldwork can be specified at length—allowing detailed, outcomes-based observations and assessment.

Students can include all their key field achievements in portfolios for later reference. The system allows the generation of specific reports for field placements and assessments. All field data can also be combined with other data in the system for comprehensive reporting .
